That isnt a bad place to start with Guinness, but its a terrible place to stop.

Thats particularly evident in the comedies Guinness made for Ealing Studios in the 1940s and 1950s.

Ealing didnt necessarily need Guinness to make a great comedy.

It also provided a model for horror anthology films fromBlack SabbathtoTales from the Hoodto follow.

Amanda Donohoe stars as a snake-worshipping priestess opposite a young Hugh Grant and Peter Capaldi.

Shes not alone, there, however.
