What if a Black person was the CEO of Disney?
Well, thats exactly what happened in theAtlantauniverse.
Unfortunately, this isnt a fictional account of how Goofy was created.
(The watermelon was overkill.)
During his time at SCAD, he also created a short film based on his fathers death.
Washingtons position at Disney gave him a solid job and stability as he worked on one of theDuckTalesmovies.
Washington asked the room, Why is Goofy letting Mickey do that?
Washington married his wife, Annie, young and had one son, Maxwell, with her.
Maxwell describes some of the Easter eggs inA Goofy Moviethat are direct winks at Black culture.
Things started to spin out of control for Washington as the pressure of creatingA Goofy Moviebecame too much.
Im Goofy, letting out a demented Goofy hyuck laugh.
They offered to buy him out to step down, but Washington refused.
Or Goofy could get shot at the Powerline concert for running onstage.
Either way, someones getting shot.
They never found his body … but they did find his oversize white gloves.
It doesnt help that a large chunk of Glovers fan base is white.
The cheese on those pizzas looked so good, its forever etched in my memory.

Im a Black woman who loves cheese.
There was the perfect amount of detail, nostalgia, and archival clips from real events and real cartoons.
