James is actually opposing Britneys request to immediately remove him.

He accused Jodi Montgomery of discussing putting Britney in 5150 psychiatric hold as recently as last month.

James said the public does not know all the facts.

He plans to facilitate an orderly transition to a new conservator of Britneys finances and estate.
