Pizarro was working in parking enforcement when he was killed.
There were apparently no security or NYPD Movie and TV Unit cops on set.
Pizarro was sitting in a vehicle near Broadway Stages in Brooklyn when he was shot.
He was shot at around 5:15 a.m.
ET and later rushed to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead at around 6 a.m ET.
The investigation is ongoing and no arrests have been made.
