Bill Cosbys2018 conviction for sexual assaulthas been overturned by Pennsylvanias Supreme Court.
The 83-year-old Cosby,who was sentenced to three-to-ten years in prison, will thus become a free man.
He also cannot be retried for the same charges.
For these reasons, Cosbys convictions and judgment of sentence are vacated, and he is discharged.
