But both are better when they use that familiarity as a space to get experimental.
Theres something to be said for these sequences where movie musicals allow their realities to break.
EvenEncantomanaged to push against expectations.
So lets relieve their descendants of the pressure to become the nextbig movie musical.
At the very least, we can move on from trying to remakeWest Side Story.
2021 went there and did that.
