I really should have remembered that before I went into the season-two finale hoping for some resolution or answers.

Her hairs grown back into a sexy shag, and Tonis snuck into the audience.

They make eye contact.

All may be forgiven!

And thenMatrixGretchen sneaks into the green room with a whole red pill/blue pill conundrum, and boom!

Shelbys back in the barracks, all bald and disturbed.

Snapping back even further to the island, Shelby and Fatin are off in search of the pit.

Fatins most excited to tell Leah about their discovery, but not now.

He calls her a child, and she screams, Im not a lovesick child in response.

Of course, we know that theyre far from their hometowns and childhood bedrooms, but they dont.

A lot of him also isnt especially given where the episode ends, but more on that later.

Theres a power vacuum on Boy Beach because Kirin has learned to check his bro-dawg swagger.

(Fuck if I dont miss it, says Ivan.)

Seth is back, and he has to show the group something!

Its a boat, and theres gas in the tank.

It works, too, despite Scotties suggestion that Seth has the reverse Midas touch.

A little sunshade couldnt have hurt.

Maybe some more supplies?

At least they brought oars, I guess.

Raf turns that back around on Seth, hitting him with the oar and beating him to a pulp.

Did the boat also rescue Seth?

Do the boys know that hes somewhere in the bunker?

I have questions, and only season three can quench my thirst for knowledge.

Theres a knife twist at the end via Gretchen, because there always is.

Shout out that excellent Depeche Mode placement because Personal Jesus is a jam.

Whether thats true or not remains to be seen, but given the episodes intro, its entirely possible.

For now, though, thats it forThe Wilds.

Hopefully, if that comes to pass, Ill be back recapping the new season.

Either way, its been a pleasure getting to walk through this season.
