Yet the other-side-of-the-tracks vibe is clear.
A local newscaster describes TVCC as the other team.
Instead, they both have strongsupportive uncle energy, intense and exacting but approachable and honest.

And yet its easy to understand why TVCC has such a chip on their collective shoulder.
