Nearly three years later, HBO Max is undernew management, and Warner Bros.
Discovery has apparently spiked a massive chunk of theSesamelibrary from its service, amid a largercontent reduction.
In a statement acknowledging the cuts, HBO Max calledSesame Streeta crown jewel of its kids programming.
Now, theres still quite a lot ofSesame Streetcontent on HBO Max.
The newer seasons 39 through 52 are still there, as well as several spinoffs and related ephemera.
But many classic, mainlineSesame Streetepisodes that were once on the service are nowhere to be found.
HBO Max may still be Elmos world, but its a bit smaller now.
